Connect. Heal. Energise. Reiki is universal energy, and it can be summoned at any time by you — through thought, and through the channels opened in meditation. It does not require permission or a practitioner in the room. It requires attention.

The glow in these hands is that energy made visible: drawn down, held, and passed on. Connect — settle, breathe, and open the channel. Heal — let the energy move to whatever is asking for it, in you or in someone else. Energise — finish charged rather than emptied.

The traditional symbols live inside this practice. Cho Ku Rei, the power symbol, focuses and switches on the energy where you place your attention. Sei Hei Ki brings emotional and mental healing, working on memory, habit, and the things stored below thought. Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen sends healing across distance and across time — to a person far away, or to a version of yourself in the past. Dai Ko Myo, the master symbol, works at the level of the soul rather than the symptom.

You do not need to draw them to feel them; holding them in mind while you breathe is enough to set the intention. Hang this where you meditate, treat, or reset. It is a switch you can look at.
